After Friday, Nov 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Montreal), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 29, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The location was excellent for shopping, church, restaurants you have all around

Negatives: The cleaning people doesn't change the bed and not enough towels .

Positives: Valet parking, pleasant welcome at lobby, beautiful lobby and gym.

Negatives: Shooed off by male restaurant employee at 3pm who said "we are closed, can't you see that" then told us to go eat burgers up the road. We selected Omni for the restaurant. Bathtub clogged, floorboards dirty & curtains dusty. Will not stay again.
