Very close to the bus station (5 minute walk), clean, super comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, helpful staff, breakfast.

The key card worked every time and the staff were very helpful and kind.
Negatives:
Absolutely no value for money. There was no event going on or surge in traffic to justify charging over $400 Canadian dollars for a double bed in a lousy area where I heard street sounds all night. I think for what it is, a 2 star hotel, this place does the job and is serviceable but the pricing is extortionate.

The hotel was close to the Metro so giving you access to lots of locations
Negatives:
The room with two beds was very small for 3 people. The double beds didn't feel like double beds.
The breakfast room needs to be bigger as we had issues some days getting a seat. The waste bins were left overflowing some days. Staff just standing around on their phones
