My room was ready. Got to the room. Door was open it was not clean at all and there was a disgusting smell of cigarettes I was supposed to have another bed in the room and it was not there. Told them the situation they can clean and i will come back later. I came back later expecting it to be good to go... still a disgusting smell and no bed added. Went back to talk to the employees and actually tell her to check the room.. see confirm its disgusting and she will try to find a bed. They offer no other room and they tell me i'll get.only a 20% off.. they didnt use any spray to get rid of the smell we had to actually let the windows open to try to get rid of the cigarettes.

Negatives:
Toilet paper is really way to thin, I end up using much more - perhaps moving up to 2 ply
