After Monday, Jan 13th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Montreal), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jan 13, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The staff is wonderful. The pool is wonderful. The rooms are clean enough.

Negatives: For the price, the rooms are outdated. The carpet smells and there are no perks. We stayed at a 5 star hotel in Saint sauver a week prior for the same price with heated floors, no smell, glass shower with rain head, a view, clean remote, duvets, comfy lounge furniture etc. Honestly call me. I can update your rooms to 5 star with a low budget. @carlahansendesign
