Overall, it’s a nice apartment

Reception staff were very helpful. The room and beds were really comfy too! Tons of space to store and organize stuff which was a huge plus!
Negatives:
We saw two grumpy housekeepers that didn't bother to smile back or say hello... So that left a negative last impression. I understand they probably hate their jobs but it says a lot about management training...

the hotel was very clean and spacious, heated pool was great, kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was good , parking space was available all time even when came late in night, hot water and coffee all time in lobby etc were very helpful,. staff were friendly. Overall absolutely loved my 2 nights stay there, definitely will return when visiting Quebec.
