There was used underwear in our room and tries and complain. The complaint wasn't taken serious. We had to wait at while checking in at 9pm to see if thr room was available.

Nice modern hotel. It had a Starbucks in the lobby. Clean room and great location and fair price.
Negatives:
Key card for elevator and room didn't work. Long line of people at front desk to complain about the very same thing. Man standing with a cane behind me said he'd been back and forth 4 times. Couldn't get Starbucks coffee the next morning because of power outage. sigh
