Positives: I can say for the price and availability I should be greatful.
Negatives: I can say that I was grateful that there was a room available, but I was terrified the whole time; the place looked and felt run down, and all you could smell was cigarettes and alcohol. The room next door was so loud that sleeping was almost impossible. There looked to be homeless in the halls and at the front entrance. The smell was overwhelming.
