Positives: It was near where I was attending the event.

Negatives: There was good size hole in the wall by the door as I entered. Didn’t think about again until questioned about by staff. The beds were made, floors cleaned and stocked. Didn’t the cleaning staff notice the gaping hole before hand? Wasn’t a big deal. Said it wasn’t me, they accepted but advised me to inform them in the future. Odd.

Positives: The only positive thing was that I was able to get a full refund because I was not staying in a grungy place.

Negatives: The facility is very run down. The furniture in the room was torn and badly stained. The shower facet was coming off the tub surround. Towels were not clean, in fact they were old and obviously needing to be replaced. Walls are thin because you can hear clearly what was going on in the next room. I examined bed for bed bugs. The place was like out of a horror movie “ The Bates Motel”

Negatives: Facilities were extremely lacking. Air conditioner barely worked, bathroom door didn’t close, shower head was unscrewed and leaking/spraying everywhere. Not a great…location. Some security would definitely be a good idea for the nights….
