Pillows didn't have any kind of cases on them, not in a good area either. Ptac unit screens were filthy, bathroom wasn't cleaned. I stayed 20min and went somewhere else.

I didn't like anything, the place was dirty and gross, the staff was very rude, the advertisement was misleading, I didn't stay there, I had to go somewhere else, I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here, I would give this hotel 0 star

Stay away from this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I was charged 200 for damage deposit, my room was not cleaned, when I told the Indian guy at the front desk, he showed me a different room after 1 hour of waiting, the 2 room had dirty bed sheets, when i asked him to change the bed sheets, he said take it or leave the hotel, he was very rude, when I asked to speak to a manager, he said he was the manager. He was very rude to me and verbaly abusive, I had asked for my money back and wouldn't refund my money for the one night I paid for, I had to leave the hotel crying and go to a clean hotel. This was the worst experience of my life staying at a hotel. The area looks like where home less people stay at, This hotel should be shut down and the Indian guy fired,

We had to request toilet paper and there was someone’s left over milk in the fridge and empty bottle of shampoo and soap in the tub , the tv didn’t work and the toilet was quit dirty. The curtains needed repair.
