We had a room right by the pool. It was horrendously hot and humid, smelled like chlorine the entire time. Didn't have a window so it was very dark. Our phone in the room didn't work either. Very disappointed, we won't be back .

The beds were uncomfortable & for a ‘deluxe’ room it was very disappointing. The couch was only a chair, sleeping on that was awful. Not worth the price we paid

The place was really great... my kids had a great time... the room was big and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The best thing about this place is that the waterpark was open till 10 pm. Although it is not continues, pools starts to operate as early as 8 am. The hotel was close to airport and have a big parking space. Entrance to the Hotel varies... so u can park anywhere and enter in a door which closer to your room. There's also various eating places in the area, which is a plus...
