Negatives: I was meeting family to get my daughter for thanksgiving and the staff accused me of having 6 people in one room and said we were smoking which is not true. There was 2 of us and my daughter and dad arrived the following morning. That was still only 4. I do not smoke, and the smoker went outside. It was early so we still had several hrs before checkout. Every time we left the room a man asked if we were checking out. total of about 4 times. Also, at 7am the same man was sweeping the sidewalks and banging the broom off on the rails. It woke me up and scared me. I believe they were trying to wake people up and get them out as soon as they could. It was very rude I had been driving several hrs the day before and was trying to get some sleep before I made another 6 hr drive. I will never use this location again and we meet in this area regularly. Also bedding looked nasty. the red blanket looked like it was unwashed for some time. I took it off and used my own.

Negatives: Overall stay

Negatives: The maid and cleaning people tried to enter my room well before check out . Then when I told the lady at the front desk she acted like it was ok

Negatives: Dirty and very need of work

Negatives: THE NASTIEST place I've ever been!! It smelled awful, was filthy, the air didn't work, cigarette burns on everything from the bed linens to the tub and toilet. There was a roach crawling up the dirty wall and I killed a stink bug crawling on the floor. I stayed less than 30 minutes and slept in my car. This place should not even be in business!!

Negatives: room was full of aunts i got bites all over my arms I told the front desk about they did not do any thing about it i feel they should at least give my money back

Negatives: We had a king size bed which had only 3 SMALL pillows. We asked for a couple more but were told none was available. Not happy about the sink not having a stopper. Always afraid of losing something down the drain. There’s no excuse for this. Breakfast was VERY skimpy. Cereal and bread is not acceptable. Could have had fruit, maybe danish. Waffles would have nice. Or maybe a little protein like yogurt or hard boiled eggs. The COVID excuse is not acceptable. When you advertise a breakfast is available, there should be more options.

Negatives: Room was disgusting ,as well as it took 20 minutes for lady to come to desk for my reservation !(I don’t recommend anyone to stay here u will not get a good nights sleep )!

Negatives: Shower was in need of repair, looked like it was dirty but was stained with dark stains. The bathroom needed to be painted to cover up mildew and water stains.

Negatives: Hole in wall, toilet was very wobbly and back lid didn't fit, smelled like pot, mini fridge didn't keep things cold, a cockroach, beds were very hard with 1 very small pillow per person. Room was reserved for 4 people but we were only allowed 3 towels and 2 washcloths at a time. We asked for more and were told no, not until those were returned dirty.

Negatives: Bed uncomfortable tub nasty no breakfast which they say is included bugs in room

Negatives: According to the website pool was working and when I got there I was told it would be ready by the next morning. The next morning come and the gentleman said he wanted to get all the sand out of it so it would be ready by afternoon. Afternoon came and he just simply stated they don't plan to work on it. My initial room the ac did not work when I brought it to the mans attention he was irritable with me and eventually offered me another room. When I got the other room I asked for 2 keys I had a party of 4. He stated by policy I could only have one unless I wanted to pay for another one. When I did check out they attempted to run my card 4 additional times and got an attitude when I asked why and then came to the agreement that it would not happen again. Worst experience I've had in Athens alabama and I frequent there often
