Negatives: This place was SHUT DOWN and has been for a while according to people around town. I had to find another hotel last minute and booking.com has not refunded me or contacted me in any way after I contacted them and explained the situation.

Negatives: The property was closed

Negatives: We arrived at the hotel to find that it had been CLOSED for over a month. We were not notified of this closure. What a pitiful customer service experience from Booking and the Clarion. We then had to scramble to find another room on a football weekend in Auburn. Paid a much higher price than we should have. Booking and Clarion should reimburse us for the inconvenience!!!!!!!

Negatives: Roaches, cigarette buds when you walking, the smell

Negatives: carpet was filthy; paper peeling from walls; door dragged on carpet

Negatives: Everything.

Negatives: The place was filthy, fridge didn’t work, mold and mildew in room, sketchy place overall. Door wouldn’t close properly.

Negatives: Slight odor in room. Sink faucets rusty.

Negatives: The room was dirty so they refunded me.. bt still somehow charged my card for $188

Negatives: The fabric chair in the room looked so dirty we didn't want to touch it. The hotel needs a complete renovation. Everything was unplugged in our room, TV and phone didn't work. Room was dark and dingy. Luckily I was with my older sons as I wouldn't stayed there if I had been with my wife. Avoid at all costs.

Negatives: This place was unsafe and so I checked out and did not stay. There was peeling wallpaper, dirty walls and carpeting, the furniture was disheveled. I was out on the third floor and the desk agent said the elevator was broken and had been for years as the owner refused to fix it.I should not have to pay for this booking.

Negatives: I'll preface this by saying I am not a picky person when it come to one night stays. If it's relatively clean and comfortable, that's all I need. But, this place is a nightmare. The lobby had seemingly no AC running and we had to wait a long time to check in because there was no clerk at the desk. The room itself is by far the most disgusting room I've ever seen in person. Horrible conditions, holes in the wall, stained sheets and carpet that looked like it had been there since before I was born. The toilet and tub leaked/ran all night and there was nothing we could do to turn it off. There was no soap/shampoo in the shower. The pillows also had stains and under the sheets were what appeared to be black pubic hairs. The refrigerator was abhorrent, stained, rusted, barely functional and seemingly never cleaned. The front door flexed inward with a single finger, which seemed incredibly unsafe, one of the bolts on the door was simply missing. The suite access door for the adjacent room was missing part of the lock and the entire handle was removed. The water pressure was awful and the tub didn't drain. I debated whether it was even safe to get into. There were cracks on the edge of the tiled area around and above the bath, and the actual showerhead looked like it itself had an infection. We didn't dare touch the remote which had crusted white material on it so we didn't use the TV, so I can't speak to that. The bed was a solid 5/10 for comfort, passable but not pleasant to be in. One of the beds was so riddled with stains and hair my wife and simply didn't touch it at all, let alone consider using it to sleep. Again, this is by far the worst, most disgusting hotel I've ever seen with my own eyes. Management should be ashamed and the health inspector needs to stop by. Do not stay here.
