Negatives:
Found empty liquor bottles in the nightstand drawer while we had to search for the tv remote that was under the bed. The sheets had stains & the room was not very clean. Bed was uncomfortable as well. We were also told when we checked in after 6pm that our room may not be ready & they may have to charge us more then what we booked for. I accidentally booked a handicap room but that wasn’t explained when told the room wasn’t ready. They readily got us a room but we also had a charge from the restaurant at the hotel & we never ate there. They did eventually remove the charge but had I not checked my email before checking out & saw the receipt, wouldn’t have known.

Rooms did not feel clean: rips in carpet & long dark strands of hair hanging off soap dispenser. One room was missing its shower curtain & was assured it would be replaced while out to dinner. It was not!
