I liked the front desk clerks, they were very welcoming. Housekeeping had excellent customer service. The location and price were great!

I didn't like that I had to clean before I sat my things down. There was a red residue across the top of the desk, counter top underneath the tv, sticky handprints on the window, pet dander, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned well either. I had to literally work before I could wind down. Oh and after parking to the door closer to our assigned room, the room key didn't work. We had a two night stay and after 10 hrs our room key wouldn't let us inside the building. We had to walk to the front of the building with all of our shopping bags in tow.
Nonetheless... All of my dislikes can easily be rectified. This wasn't my first time here, so I was very disappointed.
