it all started when they made a mistake in our check in when we came. We have our reservation in two seperate booking, like we told the lady who was at the desk when we came and she told us not to have worried about that and we was all set for our stay. The day after we was charge for extra night because of no show at the desk in monday morning, but we was at the hotel in same room.
