Positives: The manager was awesome. Clean room. Walk in shower was great. Hot water felt so good. I got help when I needed something.
Negatives: The room had a smell to it. It was clean but is smelled. I had to spray with air fresher. Also there was not much breakfast food to chooses from. Need more out. The room was not check when we was out. Had to get manager to bring us somethings.

Positives: The ONLY thing I did NOT like, was that the carpet doesn't feel CLEAN, It feels kind of sticky. Have to wear socks when walking around the room cause the carpets feel nasty & afterwards the socks are black dirty!!

Positives: Staff was friendly
Negatives: When I checked in I was informed that there would be an additional deposit required on top of the charge for the room. The deposit was an additional $100 applied to my credit card and they said once I checked out it could take up to 15 days for the $100 to be refunded. If a property has this as a policy Bookings.com should inform the customer so that they can base the decision to stay at a property on the right information.

Positives: Nothing
Negatives: The property had no elevators & the dresser in the room(202) wouldnt stay closed. When I got there I paid for the stay with my debit card, well for some reason it didnt show it has been paid on their end. I had my bank transaction where the clerk could see the transaction was made and has been withdrawn . So because it wasnt showing up on their end I had to pay in cash for my stay because they wouldnt let me check it without it showing on their end . It was the only hotel available at the time and I was tired from the 3 & a half hour drive there . I still havent gotten refunded the first transaction so its like I paid double

Positives: It was close to everything and the breakfast was ok. If your there on the weekend you get some hot food but the week days its just pastry, cereals, yogurt.
Negatives: There is no pool and the keys to the doors keep getting deactivated. The halls smelled funny sometimes like a moldy smell.

Positives: The breakfast was good. The orange juice made my son sick. The air conditioner did NOT work in the room, so we slept with the window open The staff was nice, and the room was clean; however, a leg on the coffee table was broken, and the shower part you life to make it come out of. The shower head did not work, either. One of the lamps didn't even have a light bulb. Terrible experience.
Negatives: Cold foods and drinks for breakfast should all be kept refrigerated. The AC was broken, as well as the physical part of the unit (the face of it fell off.) I would suggest the housekeepers double check with the ac, frig, faucets and lights during the time they're in the rooms. Waffles and the bed, itself, were the best parts of the stay. That's it. You would think, after paying $217 for 2 nights, I expect to at least have a working air conditioning unit.

Positives: It appeared that the room we were in had been painted and new carpet had been installed in the last few months. Our room was very clean, and the mattresses were comfortable. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. All the guests were respectful of their neighbors - we didnt have any noise problems. We would stay here again. Chris 3-8-24 through 3-10-24
Negatives: The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud and hanging loose from the ceiling. I know the maintenance workers stay busy, but perhaps they can check the rooms for small things that need fixed.
