Positives: I like everything about this hotel, location,staff. I always book my room at this hotel when I'm going to Alabama.

Negatives: Everything was fine, I didn't have any dislikes.

Negatives: They charged me $125 deposit for the dog, then another $25 on check out that I have not been reimbursed for yet. It was late when I arrived and they put me in the upper building where there was no place to walk the dog. No toaster and food uncovered.

Positives: Ive stayed at this location numerous times and the staff has always been very accommodating and cordial. The rooms are very clean and quiet. Im certain Ill be back. Ive stayed at higher star ratings that werent as nice as this.

Positives: The staff was very friendly.

Negatives: The handicap shower was very accessible for a wheel chair except there was nothing to sit on once you transferred from your wheelchair in order to shower. With wood floors a rubber back rug is needed by the bed so your feet don't slip while transferring.
