Absolutely disgusting. Filthy!!! Dead bugs, cigarette ashes, dust, burn marks and burn holes, 1 towel for 2 people, -0 temperature outside with ice and they dont salt the grounds. Very poor service. The elevator smelled of weed and the hallway.

I have stayed here many times. When I got to the third floor is held a lot pot. There were no towels in the bathroom. I had to go downstairs and get towels, and then there was no hot water. The next morning there was still no hot water.
Negatives:
It was a special night for me and my husband. However, we had no hot water and could not shower for work. We had to go all the way back home to take a shower.

There was nothing water, and I wasnt told until I got there. It was too late to go anywhere else. They wouldnt work with me to get a refund. The hotel was very dirty. Carpet in room was ripped. Very poor experience.
