Everything was great and super comfortable, and hotel had a good breakfast for price. Appearance was clean and smelled good but we ended up killing 2 roaches in our room. I would suggest pest spray.

The location was great in the middle of University Drive

There was a cigarette burn in my comforter
The bathroom smelled like a Men’s Urinal, had to request for my bathroom to be re cleaned
The towels and wash cloths were stained with pubic hair stuck between the threads, they also ran low on towels and wash cloths
The AC ran poorly in room 316 it was never at a comfortable setting in my room.
The staff was friendly but the stay was not worth almost $600
Sunday morning I got up to shower and a roach was in the tub. I showered when I got home because by then I had enough.

Almost anything you want to go and do or eat is literally within a mile or two and at a $120 a night these days is hard to beat. Definitely recommend this place for a clean cheap comfortable night out

The location was great , many places to dine at . Staff was friendly and nice . Price was ok and the breakfast was ok. Rosie’s restaurant. Was next door and outstanding .

Lot of weed smoking going on at the back of the building . People smoking weed in there car . Had my family there and I didn’t like it at all.

The location was close to Rocket Park.
Negatives:
Our "non-smoking" room smelled of smoke and air freshener. The bathroom smelled so bad of mildew it made me and my family nauseous. We checked out early despite already having paid and will likely not be reimbursed for our night we did not stay. I couldn't be in that space any longer than necessary.
