Positives: We stayed a night here because my son had a track competition the next day. The hotel was nice and staff were very friendly. We didnt eat breakfast here or use the pool area so I cant give a rating on those. Overall it was nice and clean for a older hotel and close to everything

Negatives: Black mold in rooms! Lack of care by management! Said it was just dirty! No refund, and I had to have the police called just to get a receipt for payment! Management said they delete after check out!

Negatives: Dated, one of two beds was uncomfortable. There was a large group /college age playing in halls until about 1am the facility didnt try to quiet them after 11. The place needs some updating and deep cleaning.
