I love the service and...

To be honest, I was really disappointed with my experience. For starters, I had no hot water in my room, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. When I approached the staff for assistance, they were remarkably unprofessional and dismissive, which only added to my frustration. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired—it was very filthy, with visible dirt and grime that made the environment unpleasant. Overall, it was a rather unsatisfactory experience.

Unfortunately, my experience was thoroughly disappointing from start to finish. The property was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness, with dirt and grime in every corner. Overall, it fell far below my expectations.

Overall convinent place to stay

The hospitality was the best part. Front desk superb I know I asked her name and I’m the worst on name recall but she was so accommodating gave us all we needed and offered recommendations. Best personality and host hands down. Hotel was clean lobby to room. Beds were comfy & the room is extremely spacious. Kitchenette is perfect for a prolonged stay. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning worked swell. They have a grab and go breakfast option and a work out room. Carts for your items and an elevator. Parking was easy we felt safe. Great area. People are friendly. Aromas of cooking in the halls for extended guests, some even offer food to others love the kindness.
Negatives:
Only thing I would recommend would be shampoo conditioner soap in the bath and soap at the kitchen however they do provide this at the front desk. Also hairdryer, pots, pans, strainer, plates, cups, silverware, and small appliances such as a toaster or coffee pot (not keurig) etc can be requested at the front desk at check in.

No real breakfast, staff not helpful, housekeeping doesn't clean. People leave things outside their room for days. Ac didn't work great. You can hear everything around your room.
