Love the property love the geese love the stream, running love the balcony and the fresh mountain air
Negatives:
The two roaches and the spire hanging from the ceiling as we walked into the room one was in the sink and the spider was hanging from the ceiling and the next morning, a roach climbing around on top of the microwave stand yes I reported it and yes, I know people bring them in all the time. I’m sure but they should die as soon as they touch the surface.

I like the location of the hotel. Very close to where I was having my conference. The hot water was also good and the welcome cookie at the front desk.
Negatives:
The hotel needs to do better in terms of house keeping. The toilet bowl was really dirty, and there was a big brownish stain on my blanket. It was disgusting. I requested a change when I noticed it. For a place where breakfast was not included, it was very expensive. How can we be asked to pay extra 22 dollars for breakfast? Ridiculous if you ask me. We ate breakfast outside for far less and very reasonable portions. The parking was another thing that I hated. Why incorporate parking bill in the room without letting the guest know? And the parking spaces are limited. Basement parking is a No No. They need to stop ripping people of. The hotel is very expensive and is not worth the money.

I’m pregnant and they give me room full of construction dust. Requested to change the room- they told me “if I’m not like it, I can go to another hotel” at 00:30am

We were told that there would be a fridge and microwave. They do not have this in the rooms. Platform bed was dirty with debri and carpet was dirty along with shower was stopped up. There was also weed being smoked in a few doors from ours. Another guest left the next day due to AC not working.
