Positives: Liked the room and that they were adjoined. The breakfast was good.

Negatives: I did not like that they never responded to my calls or the request for a refund. The reservation was paid for with cash at the hotel upon check-in, but they still charged my card on file. So, I was double-charged, and the manager was never available when I called to have the charges refunded. I didn't hear back from you about my email to the hotel asking for a refund for being charged twice for the reservation for Rooms 212 and 214.

Positives: Really love the location of the hotel for what and where I needed to be. Staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable. Loved the bed. The alarm went off, thank God nothing was wrong and hotel management handled it.

Positives: The staff was friendly and helpful.

Negatives: The couple next to us had a very loud argument that lasted for about an hour, we could hear everything through the walls. People were also knocking on their room door and yelling their names for majority of the night. This began around midnight and made getting any actual sleep harder.
