Everything was was going ok until I woke up and saw dog hair in the bed!!!!! The shower had a shorts of hair in it also. Was not clean AT ALL!!!!

The location was very good, close to shipping and restaurants.
Negatives:
The room was in need of some repairs. The walls were scratched, the bathroom door didn't remain closed, the sofa was tattered and the desk chair was peeling and very old. The scratches on the walls and doors went throughout the hotel and there were signs of incomplete repairs in several areas of the facilities.

My room was not cleaned prior to my arrival. I brought this up to staff at the desk and they told me sorry there’s nothing they can do about it

The beds were extremely comfortable. Hotel was nice and clean. Hotel was in a convenient location for an event we were attending in Montgomery. The rooms were spacious enough for 3 adults and having the kitchen in room was handy for us.
Negatives:
When we arrived we had to wait to check in for there was no hotel staff available. The side door of the hotel would not open with key card. The elevators were very loud and not working properly. Instead of bringing extra towels to our room like we had asked, we were told to come to the front desk to get. Staff was just not as friendly as other hotels.
