It was close by where we were.

Yes, there was no real covering over the window and all the parking lot lights were directed into the window. Also, the mattress springs were so hard and painful. It was impossible to sleep with those things going on.

The room was dirty, it was a stink bug in the room, the shower rim was filthy, you could tell that the maid did not mop the floor or clean the shower, it was a hand print on the shower door.

The hotel was clean and modern. Loved all the amenities provided.

The bed was incredibly soft and caved toward the middle. I woke up with an incredible back ache that lasted the entire day. If the beds were firmer, this hotel would be something I choose regularly but if these beds are consistent at all these hotels, it is a dealbreaker for me.

Lina the front desk agent was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Positives:
Close to interstate. In a great area with lots of shopping and restaurants. Nice staff. Nice room setup. Room darkening blinds are great.
Negatives:
Lots of road noise on one side of the hotel. Room needs a good cleaning. Entrance door very difficult to close. Door was not shut all the way when we arrived because it takes effort to close all the way. Breakfast options very limited.
