Negatives:
Breakfast was the low side of fair. Orange juice warm, egg omelette was cold from freezer, staff didn?t fill waffle dispenser, little choice of muffins/bagels, no regular coffee for dispensers only decaf. (Regular in packs)

The location is good and the cleaning staff was so nice.
Negatives:
They didn't have a hair dryer and couldn't seem to get a replacement. Shower a little dirty. Comforter and sheets too light weight- didn't stay tucked in and bed always becoming unmade. Made it not very comfortable.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Rooms were all being renovated when we were there, so its like new.

Needs upgrades. Bathroom needed maintance, cracked tiles, grout issues. no bathroom fan. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. dark hallways. long lines for =everything.Busy location at university. likely facility gets used alot. No staff elevators. long waits for elevators. Decent parking. did not use food at hotel.
