We had an issue on the first night. We reserved a room with 2 beds. The hotel did not have any available, so they gave us two adjoining rooms. However the door between the rooms did not open, and we only discovered this late at night. I was staying with my two little girls so this would not work. I ended up sleeping on the couch, and the hotel gave us a small credit. They gave us a new room with two beds on the second night.
