Positives: The property outside was clean and well maintained . The floors in my room hadn’t been cleaned. I got coffee pods , but no coffee maker. I got tea bags but no cups . The bed was very comfortable!

Positives: The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice.

Negatives: NO ELEVATOR!!! The area of town wasn't the best, but for the value of the hotel it was ok. If you have large luggage and it's heavy, be ready to have two people pull it up 2 flights of stairs if you get put on the 2nd floor. My small carry on was ok, but my wife's checked bag was full and heavy and it was very tough getting it up the stairs. Not sure why this hotel doesn't have a elevator.

Positives: The staff were friendly. The room was partially renovated, but the carpet in the hallways leading to the rooms was old and appeared dirty. The bedding was a little dirty. Looked like someone put their shoes on the bed and it left a spot.

Negatives: The room had coffee supplies, but no way to make coffee in the room.
