Worst experience - we were not able to pay before arriving and when we came to reception they asked us for duble price. After big arguing and calling to helpdesk OYO, they decreased price but still it was more than was ordered in Booking. Room was small without windows, with dirthy bed. We did not receive bill even they promised, it will be prepared in the morning. Helpdesk OYO promised to return added money back, but because we had no bill it was not possible. So I do not know if the refund would be happen.

Check in was denied despite prior booking and payment. the rooms are too small and not clean at all, flush doesn't work. No service was provided, doesn't have any A/C remote. No Hot water in shower.

Do not choose this hotel! They are deceiving. You book a hotel, you receive a confirmation, you arrive there, they tell you that there is no reservation in the system, and that you need to book on the spot. When booking 1400r, they asked for 1500r, but as it turned out, this is the price only because we stopped by for 4 hours if per day would be more expensive. Arriving at 2pm we said that we only needed a little sleep and that we would check out at 6pm. Imagine at 6pm we were awakened by the phone from the reception where they asked to leave!!!! This is arrogance! We checked out at 8pm and they were asking for a surcharge of 300r because we checked out 2 hours late! We didn't even stay for a day! The room smells awful of cigarettes. You will breathe cigarettes! Terrible

EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM IS BOOKED IN ADVANCE , CHECK IN DONE AS PER OUT CONVEINCE ON THE BOOKED DATE , BUT STILL ROOM IS ALLOTED TO SOME ONE TILL THE CHECK IN TIME AND ALLOTED ME A POOR ROOM.
