Positives: Very clean. GOOD available/rm items for us i.e. microwave, refridge, king bed & Excellent bed linens! Staff was attentive to the needs that I made known and very willing to help. This motel is adequate without any frills, for the best price that I could find /w excellent location for our needs this trip. (This is an older motel that they are working on updating)

Negatives: It seemed that there was very little attention given to the upkeep and cleanliness of the area that was apparently for viewing TV and maybe snacking. (Any request that I made to the staff were tended to quickly though)
