Positives: The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Negatives: In dire need of upgrades. Tub was stained & rusted. Paint peeling off walls. Toilet ran continuously and manager refused to fix it or give me a different room. Lamp shade broken. No bulb in one lamp.

Positives: You know, for the price, and on a limited budget, I chose Wingate and it wasn't the first time, and will not be the last. I love the breakfast options, yummy waffles and great coffee! The staff at reception and on the dining area are great and accommodating.

Negatives: Well, I had to go show the front desk that the microwave and refrigerator weren't clean.
