Staff is great...room is clean...bed is comfortable...I have stayed here alot. Weeks at a time. they have a mandatory cleaning of your room every 3 days other than that they don't bother you. I have read other reviews that say the place is run down. You want better pay more elsewhere..Good place at a good value..PPeople review about the train and traffic noise..You will have that aat any motel on Route 66.

It was close to the train station and downtown Flagstaff. The locations was very convenient as we had to walk wherever we went. I chose it because of the location. The air conditioning was good.
Negatives:
Lots of steps with luggage for 5. The room was at best unkempt and somewhat unclean. There was what looked like food stains on the bed spread of one bed. I was afraid they would charge me for how the room was left, when I was very careful not to leave any additional mess.
