Negatives: It would be nice if there was hot water in the rooms. The shower and sink water was only warm.

Negatives: Free coffee in the Lobby

Negatives: A bit out of the way if you aren't there to golf.

Negatives: Bed bedding no normal sizes glasses very cheap plastic

Negatives: Noise from shower above. Might need to change air filter in room 152.

Negatives: The property’s website spoke very highly of its on-site restaurant. Our stay was on a Monday, and upon checking in were told the restaurant is only open Wednesday through Saturday. One factor in choosing the property was the convenience of on-site dining. The web page also stated that there are outstanding Mountain View’s from every patio. Our view was of the parking lot and part of the golf course. Also, when checking in they required a $40 deposit for incidentals. I was told that the first attempt failed and it had to be run again. On checking my card, I discovered that the fee had actually been charged twice. I was assured that both fees would be reversed automatically upon checking out. Two days later I am still waiting for the credit to appear.

Negatives: The staff at the check-in desk, was rude and unwelcoming. He seemed to not care about his job. I understand that we all have bad days. There wasn’t a line and he was not busy when we checked in. The cable went out at 9:00 sat night and it could not be fixed. The WiFi passcode given with our receipt was wrong. We had to walk down to the desk to get the correct code because there was no phone in the room. The section of rooms we were in had not been updated in many years. The room did not have the updated and modern tv or streaming capabilities we have had in every other resort we have stayed.
