Positives: Nothing. I was charged for a room I didnt stay in. The customer service was awful. Would not recommend.
Negatives: Customer service. I had car trouble and was stuck on the side of the road with no cell service and no way to get there. Once I got cell service my first priority was to call the hotel to see if I could cancel without fees since I had been stuck for hours on the side of the road and was still 7+ hours away. If I had driven straight through i could have been there 3-4 hours before I had to check out. I was told sorry the property is very strict with its policy. Youll be charged anyways! That was it and within minutes, I was charged.

Positives: Breakfast was good. Holbrook was our third Wyndham hotel and we have really enjoyed that each one had a waffle maker. The coffee was also good.
Negatives: Everything was as good as it could be.
