Positives: Nothing had the rudest employee I've ever encountered . Would not rent me the room. She canceled my reservation had to a mile to get another room, gave me the run a round and never remedied the problem never stay at Best Western again!

Positives: The location in proximity to the Phoenix gateway mesa airport.

Negatives: We arrived at 232pm. Walked through the stench of cigarette smoke at the front door from other guests WAITING to check in. The greeting wasn't Hello and welcome to the best Western. It was "check-ins at 3pm" and there wasn't even an open seat in the lobby. The parking lot was piles of old furnishings from room renovations. Won't be recommending this location in the future.
