The hair drier wasn't clean at all. I asked a staff no maintenance staffs available to change to the other hair drier.

When we spoke to the general manager, he was very apologetic about the situation and provided compensation in the form of Hilton points A little disappointed that our stay did not get refunded since we never even got to check into our hotel room.

They placed us in a dirty room that had not been cleaned after the previous guest checked out. When we informed the staff about the situation, they moved us to another room that had also not been cleaned. As a result, we had to spend the night in the lobb

the staff during check in was extremely rude. For some reason the hotel didn't have my reservation and the lady checking me in implied that I didn't have enough money to stay there. I had already prepaid and didnt want to pay again. There is more!!
