The staff were very kind. After booking with booking.com for a king room, we drove almost 500 miles and the staff said that they did not having any king room and that my wife and I were going to have to take a full size bed room. We only booked with booking.com because we were getting a king size bed. After speaking with the staff, she asked if I was willing to sacrifice a regular room to take a handicapped room in order to get a king size bed. Due to just driving 6+ hours, we needed sleep and settled. :( We started unloading our belongings and attempted to go in the back door which was broken (glass barely holding in due to possibly being kicked out, lock not working). Went to elevator and it was broken (when the door opened, it was scraping on the wall which indicates that it was not aligned properly) and appeared to have been for some time. Then walking the hall, it smelled like marijana badly. Then we get in the room and being so tired, we laid down for a couple of hours. We got up and left that morning and showered and seen what appeared to be dirty hand prints on the bathroom door. Now in the light, we noticed sticky stuff on the dresser and nightstand.
We left and returned late in the day to sleep and leave in the morning. I walked in the bathroom and turned on the light and seen roaches running around. I grabbed a towel and crushed it and left in a towel so that staff could find it when they came in to clean. In the morning when checking out I mentioned this stuff to the staff and they scribbled on some paper and we checked out.
