the sofa bed bedsheets were dirty. we call service desk and they told us to go downstairs to provide us with clean sheets so we can put them ourselves.
first the sheets should of been clean upon arrival. it had stains. towels were dirty.

It was roomy accommodated my family and pets. Excellent pricing.

It wasn't that clean and couch was dirty and the sofa bed linen was stiff. Floors were sticky we brought are own cleaning supplies to clean floors.

The area was rather quiet and the people working that day were super helpful and were so nice.

One room I had, there was a little bit of an odor n there was an area on the carpet that was still wet when I checked in. I was able to maintain it tho with some spray I had. But other than that, I've had no problems with anything during my stay.

The woman who works the front desk is hideous she tried to charge us $10 more than what our reservation was for and she always has a nasty foul attitude every time she's been here when we checked in here we've stayed here many times and will not stay here ever again because the special needs woman who works the night shift is horribly rude and completely incompetent
