We were unable to control the temperature in the room. The room was recently redone and the staff did not have the code to "unlock" the temperature control unit. It was loud at night and I preferred to simply open the window.

Checked in on 14th to an old & shabby room! Bathroom old, needs renovation! Found a hair on sheet when pulled back bedding! Called front desk, talked to a Louis who apologized & said to call the front desk in the morning to change our room & offered breakfast vouchers - breakfast was rubbery eggs & hard potatoes!! We were given a newly renovated room, nice but a lot of construction going on! Also, our granddaughters walked from their room past the pool where there was a homeless man loitering! Absolutely no security - anyone can walk in from outside!! Will never stay at this hotel in the future or any Hiltons. We were there for our granddaughters' college graduation and expected a much better experience & stay!!

Property allows pets which is very nice, we traveled with 2 dogs and a kitten so this was important to us.
Negatives:
It was not cleared that breakfast was available for PURCHASE. If we had known we would have gone elsewhere for breakfast or had something other than a quick cereal, I paid over $40 for 3 people.

There was access to nearby coffee shops and restaurants.

The AC was having a hard time cooling down the bedroom. The breakfast was set up late. The swimming pool opened two hours late and was dirty. We were not given our breakfast vouchers when we checked in the night before. We expected much more from Hilton.
