Positives: The front desk worker was very polite.

Negatives: Our room had a terrible odor, of urine. The elevator on our side of the building was out of order so we had to use the stairs. There was no remote control for the TV in our entrance room, so it was basically a useless TV. The bathroom door had no lock and did not close. The overall room’s furniture and decor is not in good shape.
