Our reservation was given away and put us in a smaller room, and charged me the price of the suite I booked, but claims they gave me a 20% discount still more than it was in booking.com where I booked 7 weeks before our departure date…
No HOT WATER FOR 2 days in shower, ice machine broke,and had numerous problems with the security doors, and had to get replies 3 times… RUDE AND RUINED MY BIRTHDAY TRIP
