Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
The location in Old Town Scottsdale was quiet. No loud street noises. The room was clean and smelled nice. Well lit at night. Easy to get onto the 101 for travel. I liked that they responded to my request to change out the old rusty bathroom faucet. The water comes out really hot, which is good for the shower. The bathroom was adequate, with a nice sink and counter, and the shower curtain was substantial. Hot water was also nice for cleaning dishes in the kitchen sink. The chars in the kitchen were nice and comfortable. The laundry facilities were clean and took credit cards. Although there’s no soap available for purchase, so bring your own.
Negatives:
The bathroom exhaust fan, although rather large in size, did a poor job moving air. Toilet paper is a thin single ply. The kitchen cabinets appeared to be worn and I’m sure are on the renovation list for the future.

Room itself was decent size, not as clean as I would have hoped, Small amount of trash (candy wrappers) still under the bed upon arrival, floor appeared not properly mopped. (no carpet), bathroom was acceptable. You get what you pay for I suppose .

I booked my room thru booking.com, to which they charged my card, upon arrival they CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN, for the same room! I have disputed it thru bank, booking.com, even sent the payment receipt from booking.com to the front desk clerk as she requested, no response still charged me again! TRAVELERS USE CAUTION! Keep in mind, I have never had a problem thru booking.com. My mother and I will never recommend or stay at this facility again! Good luck Travelers!

It looked like a homeless shelter. It seems that lots of the room are rented for long term stays. Did not feel safe and did not think my car was safe in the parking lot.
