Negatives: 1. My roll of toilet paper was less than half, I had to ask for more early in the morning. No extra in the room. 2. I had to ask for blankets for the pullout. 3. The breakfast lady did not show up! Only toast and yogurt were available. I specifically booked breakfast for my family

Positives: Nothing - Never again!!!
Negatives: Management decided not to have any coffee in the room. They also decided to no longer put a glass or cup to d rink from in the room. No way to take your medication or drink any a sip of water, WHO CARRIES A GLASS IN THEIR SUITCASE? Fire Alarm set off by workers at 5:54 AM!! NO HOT WATER-Staff real didn't care. No way to fix it. Asked for discount. Never responded. Aweful excuses.
