Verified Hotel Guest Traveling as Couple November 30, 2023

Positives: Room was surprisingly clean and breakfast was very convenient. I did not expect to have a $100 hold on my credit card and remote was stuck on one channel.

Negatives: Upon arrival, we and other guests needed to literally wait sitting to be checked in. After checkin they forgot to give me my drivers license back. My husband called for them to mail it back to me but after two weeks, I still do not have it back yet.

Negatives: Front desk clerk was totally incompetent. It took over an hour to get into a room. Clerk sent me to a room that was occupied- twice!
