Positives: It was a good location and it was clean.

Negatives: Had to call the front desk and have maintenance come and fix the heater. Also no clock radio. Very dated, wasn't worth the money they charge. No continental breakfast, had a restaurant if you're willing to pay 20.00 for breakfast!
