Positives:
Close to the Fox Theater.
Negatives:
Having to pay $20 per day to park? For $150 a night, parking should be included.

Very good
Positives:
Clean breakfast was good the towels could have been softer they were pretty stiff but the staff location and everything else was perfect! Go ASU!

Positives:
The fitness center was nice. The front desk workers treated us well.
Negatives:
It wasn’t the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in, especially for a Home2 Suites. Also, people were waiting for breakfast in the dark. At the start of breakfast, they finally turned on the lights. It felt unsafe, and it cost $20 to park in the hotels locked parking garage. If you didn’t want to pay for parking, you could park your car on the streets of downtown Tucson.

We be finding a different...
Positives:
The room was a decent size, and the location was alright.
This place is perfect for the casual business traveler looking to have some drinks and enjoy the downtown experience, the wake up and workout in their hotel room before heading back out for business.
The complimentary breakfast seemed nice.
Negatives:
The front desk personnel was the only staff we encountered during the stay. The blankets on the bed still had the odor of some past guests' perfume. There was workout equipment in the room which took away some room that could have been used for something else. The bed was not comfy at all.

Positives:
Room, location, parking.
Negatives:
It said the rooms were cleaned every other day, but we were there for 3 days and never had our room cleaned.

Great stay
Positives:
Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The room above us had a child running around for a hour or so until I finally called the front desk. That calmed down and a couple hours later all we could hear was heavy pacing up and down the floor of the room above us until about 1:30 a.m. My husband (79) and myself (70) were exhausted from the day of moving our granddaughter into her dorm at U of Az. All we really needed was a nice and quiet room so we could get a good nights rest! Which we did not get.

Positives:
Love this place we had a great stay.
Negatives:
A funny smell in room 353 - might be the cleaner used because it was so clean looking.
The walls are thin- one of our three nights - there was sort of loud music playing. (the wall are thin)
But I really enjoyed the stay and the staff and breakfast was great.

Spacious comfortable and a nice...
Positives:
The king size space and design was nice also the breakfast eggs were really good. The staff at breakfast were really friendly, I would only improve the coffee. Great place. I also saw a bakery next door but closed Mondays and also Vietnamese food near by. Artists were painting in the street. There is a beautiful church next door.
Negatives:
please better coffee it wasn't really hot . Although they had several choices it was only medium quality.

Positives:
I like the location. It is nearby downtown and popular places in walking distance. The price of the night was affordable.
Negatives:
I dislike the way in which one of the female employees treated me. Since the moment I went in the hotel, she made a face and when I asked to a male employe If I was able to utilize my apple pay card, which in linked to my cellphone but I never received the car, this female employee got into our conversation interrupting and with a rude tone of voice said “no and it’s policy.” Which I totally understand, but then, I asked If I was able to be moved to a closer floor, instead of floor #5th and agained, she interrupted and said no with her high tone of voice and making faces. To be honest, I was about to leave the property and my friend even noticed the same thing about the rudeness of the female employee. I am not going back thanks to her.
