Positives: Beautiful setting at the foot of the Santa Catalina Mountains, away from the crowded center of Tucson. We're not golfers, but the greens were lovely and well maintained. Dining for non-member guests is in the Bar & Grill - with superb meals, great outdoor seating with fire pits, and mountain views. Our suite was huge and very comfortable with sliding patio doors opening to the golf course & mountains. Kitchenette offered everything we needed - keurig coffee machine, glassware, refrigerator with small freezer, & a dishwasher. Close to Sabino Canyon and a few miles from local artist Diana Madaras's gallery. Parking was very convenient in the shade of big mesquite trees.

Negatives: A few small items were the only negatives among so many positives... The freezer compartment in our refrigerator was solid with built-up ice, one night stand had some sticky "rings" from a glass, and there was a cigarette butt on our little patio. A little more attention to details would make for perfection! Also, the billing process is unusual. We were billed twice for dinner. We were advised that this is due to their billing through a hospitality service, and one charge should drop off after 3 days. So it's worth checking your credit card statement.
