Negatives: Booking stated 2 King beds. When we checked in it was 1 king and a pull out sofa. The mattress on sofa bed was maybe a double and just pathetic quality. Showed staff my actual booking email, stating clearly 2 king beds and he said sorry, 2 beds are sold

Negatives: Excessive pet fee. Had I known it was $100, we wouldnt have booked. Most places are $25 or less. The coffee maker was disgusting and if youre calling it a suite with a kitchenette, maybe have stuff that isnt disgusting to use.

Positives: Breakfast was excellent and the staff taking care of the breakfast are was sich a great hostess. The small gym is so convenient.

Negatives: Shading for the pool would be nice. I paid my room at the time of reservation and when I checked in my card was charged again. I was told they woukd do a reversal and I would see my funds in my bank account in 3-5 days.

Positives: Breakfast was very good a lot of choices. Location near where we wanted go. Room was appointed very nicely, comfortable beds, nice towels and sheets and was very clean. Housekeeping serviced the rooms every other day for long stays.
