It was in good location close to downtown center and close to a beautiful park. We had great views! Bed was comfortable

Pool & jacuzzi were unusable because theyre too cheap to heat them in the few months per year thats needed. Freezing cold. Quite a bummer for a kid on Spring Break & not up to Hilton basic standards. Pool furniture was dirty, barely even enough pool towels provided . Elevator broke down so we carried luggage down 4 flights of stairs to depart. Restaurant closed, bar closed., no reference to that during booking. Called front desk @ 2:30pm to ask for 3 bath towels & was told Hskp had gone home & Id need to come to Front Desk & pick them up. Lack of basic service . Rooms are dark, curtains barely open a peak section of window, rooms are tired & in need of a remodel. So many other places to stay that are newer for the same or less price and heated pool, like La Quinta .
Will never choose this place again.
