Bathroom was very dirty. Other than new towels it had not been cleaned.

The front desk staff, made checking in easy.

Everything, it was dirty. The toilet had poop on it, dripping down the side. The bathroom floor was filthy, the sheets and cover on one of the bed was filled with brown stains, the towels and shower curtain also were dirty.

Updated decor. Thermostat had dead battery but maintenance fixed it quickly.

Updated decor does not make up for lack of cleanliness, especially in bathroom. Tub had been resurfaced and was peeling. Bed squeaked every time I rolled over. Also with the price we paid, we expected free breakfast like most other Holiday Inns.

It was a pleasure being back home and I loved speaking with Mr. Houseworth

The breakfast is an awesome perk. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything asked for was given quickly and with a smile.

The construction taking place. Room was close to the activity. It wasnt loud, but we did hear some noise.

Trash under bed- toilet seat fell off as you sat down- shower control hanging of wall, so we could not take a shower during our stay- carpet dirty- no full roll of toilet paper so we ran out-brackets on wall for amenities kept falling off wall when trying to use amenities- spots on bathroom mirror - had to leave room to use wi- fi - bath tub stained and scratched up - I have COPD paint smell was very strong - very noisy- very surprised at all of this at a Holiday Inn !!!

The manager was not friendly and acommendating my room was supposed to be a king size suite with a sofa bed that sleeps up to 4 but instead I recieved a king size bed with a couch that did not have a bed i was told that they took out all the sofa beds.

Very clean! And for its location, its quiet! My family and I have stayed there multiple times now and have never been let down!!

The location, the restaurant adjoining the hotel, and the parking lot! The parking spaces do not accommodate a full sized truck! Especially if it is 4 doors!
